2. Rinse the exterior area of the tire and wheels.
3. Apply the presoak product to the tire and wheels.
4. Do not allow product to dry or remain on surfaces for a prolonged period of time.
4. Scrub with a brush or sponge on heavy soiled area.
5. Rinse area and surrounding area with high pressure water.
6. FOR BEST RESULTS: Always wet down surrounding areas first. Do Not allow product to dry on surface.
